Information

Responsible Conservation Tourism

Tiger Mountain is at the forefront of responsible tourism, or tourism with a conscience. This covers all our stakeholders: our guests, employees, local communities and government. We strive to minimise our impacts be they environmental, social, or corporate and to support our local communities’ own development initiatives. This is through support for Community Forest User Groups, local schools, health posts, local national and international charities, environmental research and monitoring, advocacy and media. All our activities are monitored and audited independently by Just Report UK.

We encourage our guests to support Pack for a Purpose, a wonderful, yet beautifully simple concept of travel philanthropy. Through them guests help our support for local schools.
